Treatments
Chose the number of body sculpting sessions per month depending on the tier you select plus exclusive perks and discounts. Clients enrolled in memberships that include weight loss medication or testosterone support will be receiving their medications on monthly basis.
Eligibility
Must complete an initial treatment plan, which is considered the enrollment fee.
Enrollment agreement and cancellation
The enrollment includes an agreement for a term of three (3) months and will continue thereafter on a month-to-month basis unless cancelled with a 30-day advanced written notice and only after the initial agreements term of three months.

What to Expect?
Consultation.
In order to enroll in our medical gym membership, you must first come in for a consultation where one of our experts will develop a customized treatment plan to address your concerns and meet your goals. For medical weight loss and testosterone support, clients must complete a consultation with our physician to obtain treatment plan and receive clearance for the medications.
Enrollment
After the initial treatment plan for body sculpting is completed, you will qualify to start the monthly enrollment. If your membership tier includes weight loss or testosterone support, your medication will be available for pick up on monthly basis.
Next Steps.
