Clients younger than 18 must have a guardian consent
Enrollment agreement and cancellation
The enrollment includes an agreement for a term of three (3) months and will continue thereafter on a month-to-month basis unless cancelled with a 30-day advanced written notice and only after the initial agreements term of three months.

What to Expect?
Consultation.
In order to enroll in our VIP membership, you must first come in for a consultation where one of our experts will examine your skin and ensure this membership best fit your needs. You will also complete a medical history and required forms to ensure our service providers that will select the products that will best fit your skin needs during your facials.
Enrollment
After the initial consultation and the completion of medical history and required forms, you will qualify to start the monthly enrollment. On the day of your enrollment, you will process the initial payment.
Next Steps.
Experience ongoing skin transformation, expert support, and exclusive discounts and perks to give your skin the glow it needs. This will continue on a month-to-month basis unless cancelled with 30 days advanced written notice and only after the initial agreements term of three months.
