Dear Valued Client

We are committed to providing all of our clients with exceptional care in a timely manner. For this reason, we have instituted a 24 hour cancellation policy, plus a non refundable deposit, for all appointments.
We have also implemented a no refund policy to protect our business from losses due to transactional and other fees.

24 Hour Cancelation Policy

 

The office needs to be notified at least 24 hours prior to the appointment date in order to avoid a late cancellation, late reschedule, or no show fee of $50. Failure to contact the office at least 24 hours in advance, or not showing up for the appointment, will result in charging the card on file the appropriate late cancellation, late reschedule or no show fee.

Non Refundable Deposit Policy

 

All services equal to or greater than $50 will require a non refundable deposit of $50.
In case of a cancelation or a reschedule, you may use this deposit for any future appointments. However, the office needs to be notified at least 24 hours prior to the appointment date in order to avoid a late cancellation, late reschedule, or no show fee of $50.

Payment Policy

 

All gift cards and services (including spa packages) purchased, whether completed, or incomplete, are final and non-refundable. You may be able to exchange for another service of an equal or less value if requested to exchange before 24 Hours of booked appointment.

Product Purchase Policy

 

All products are final sale.
